Pino`s is NOT a chain as some think! This has been a family run business for 31 years. No second store anywhere. We are open 7 months a year, from May through October.. We believe it is true that the best customer service and quality control comes from a store that is “owner-operated” personally. We make our own sauce in house with our own blend of spices and herbs. All toppings are sliced fresh except for our black olives, sweet peppers, & banana peppers.

Great pizza in OC. So many people were buying pizza they had to delay orders for a bit. We got a regular cheese and gluten free cheese. Both were delicious. Highly recommend.

The only reason it's getting a 4 Star is due to the wings are suppose to be hot wings, with hot sauce. For a 30 minute wait those wings could have had more hot sauce covering all of them. Pizza was very good, just make sure you order ahead of time since they open at 5pm. Would order again.

Old school, single wide, strip mall pizza perfection, cranking out what very well could be the best pizza in OC.
Stopped in for a slice this afternoon. Unfortunately the counter was empty (good sign in my book), so I ordered a personal half pepperoni half cheese. Got back to our condo, tore open the box, and was presented with the most perfect personal pizza I’ve had in recent memory. No picture as the pie was gone in about two minutes, but take my word for it, this pizza is the real deal.
Had the pleasure of catching up with Jim, the owner, and had a lovely chat. The passion he has for his business, the pizza they make, employees, and customers is palpable.
Back to the pizza though, it was easily the best I’ve had in OC. The dough was very fresh, pepperoni perfectly crisp, and plenty melty, high quality cheese. The star was easily the sauce though, some of the best red sauce I’ve had in my life. Channeling my inner Dave Portnoy, solid 8.6.
All in all, if you’re looking for pizza at the shore, look no further than Pino’s. Thank you Jim and staff for the tasty lunch.
