Perfect for my kids (4y and 18m). Capt Rob was great with our kids, really knowledgeable about the area and wildlife, and got us really close to the horses. Boat was super clean, on time, had life jackets available (we brought our own for kids). Trip was 1.5 hours, bathrooms available before you board. As they say on the website if you go from downtown it is a fixed dock (not for poor mobility- big step down, but OK with small kids).

I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful our tour was. We did the assateague island tour. Our captain, Dave, was very informative and engaging! He offered lots of details and information to make the tour super enjoyable. We had lots of time seeing many wild ponies! We’ll definitely be doing more tours with OC Bay Hopper

Today was my 41st birthday, and Captain Steve found some ponies! All is right in the world. My 3½ year old daughter's first boat ride and she LOVED IT! So much so she slept the whole return ride home. Amazing friendly knowledgeable Captain! Bravo Cpt. Steve
